GOLD ATLANTIC FINANCE Terms

GOLD ATLANTIC FINANCE is the trading name of GOLD ATLANTIC LIMITED and "GOLD ATLANTIC" means GOLD ATLANTIC LIMITED.
GOLD ATLANTIC provides trade finance brokerage services, connecting wholesale businesses with financial lenders. We do not provide loans or funding directly and we do not give financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Our role is limited to introducing you to potential lenders based on the information you provide.

1. Aims of the Terms

  1. These Terms explain the services we provide, your responsibilities, and our legal position. They apply in addition to our Privacy Policy.
  2. By using GOLD ATLANTIC services, you are deemed to agree to these Terms. No signature is required.

2. What We Do

  1. GOLD ATLANTIC acts as an introducer of finance. We specialise in trade and invoice finance, connecting wholesale businesses to lenders.
  2. We may receive a commission from lenders for successful introductions. We may also charge upfront fees to our wholesale customers for our service, which includes preparing and improving the likelihood of a successful funding application.
  3. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any information you provide. We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete data.

3. Our Services

  • Assessing your funding requirements based on the information you provide;
  • Presenting a shortlist of suitable lenders from our panel;
  • Making introductions to lenders; and
  • Providing limited post-introduction support in coordinating with lenders.

4. Fair Treatment

  • Acting with skill, care, and integrity;
  • Avoiding conflicts of interest;
  • Being transparent about fees and commissions;
  • Respecting client confidentiality.

5. Conflicts of Interest

  1. GOLD ATLANTIC or its directors may have business relationships with lenders on our panel.
  2. In any situation where a conflict of interest arises, we will disclose it and obtain your consent before proceeding.

6. Limitation of Liability

  1. GOLD ATLANTIC is only responsible for introducing you to lenders. We are not responsible for:
    • The suitability or outcome of any funding;
    • How you use funds obtained; or
    • Any inaccuracies in information submitted by you.
  2. We do not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You should seek professional guidance before entering into any financial arrangement.
  3. While we take reasonable care in selecting lenders, we cannot guarantee their conduct or the outcome of any transaction.
  4. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for:
    • Fraud;
    • Death or personal injury caused by negligence; or
    • Any liability prohibited by law.

7. Your Responsibilities

  1. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.
  2. You must notify us of any material changes to your business that may affect your financing requirements.
  3. GOLD ATLANTIC will not be liable for consequences arising from incomplete, misleading, or inaccurate information.

8. What We Don’t Do

  • We are not lenders.
  • We do not provide advice on solvency, tax, legal, or investment matters.
  • We do not guarantee funding approval—all decisions remain yours.
  • Information on our Site or provided by us is for guidance only and does not constitute advice.

9. Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
